Michael Arant established his practice in 1976 when he began practicing law in Medford, Oregon. In the early 1990's Mr. Arant began focusing his practice on “Solving Problems for Seniors and Their Families.”

In February, 2003 Jason Broesder joined Michael Arant and they continued to dedicate their practice to providing legal services to the elderly and their families. Mr. Arant is now Retired, Of-Council and Mr. Broesder continues to practice in the areas of Elder Law, Adoptions and Business.

Jason C. Broesder was born in Malta, Montana. He received a BS in Finance from the University of Wyoming and then completed his JD at the University of Wyoming, College of Law.

Mr. Broesder is a member of the Oregon State Bar, The Jackson County Bar Association, The National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, a former adjunct Professor of Business Law at Southern Oregon University and also serves as a Judge pro tem.
