Before you begin...
Sit down in your favorite chair with a cup of tea and take a moment to explore the world we offer each and every guest here at Gervais.

We suggest making spa reservations at least one week in advance to assure preferred times and staff preferences. Multiple guests are advised to plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Please have a credit card available at the time of your reservation as we do require a 25% deposit on parties of 2 or more.
Because spa treatments are reserved especially for you, we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel, change or reschedule appointments. All deposits are refundable with 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or changes without required notice will be charged 50% of the service price to your credit card or gift certificate. No shows will be charged full price.

We have front desk coordinators that book all of our services for you. The technicians do not book their own appointments.

There is a two-hour public parking area behind Gervais. The downtown-parking garage is one half block away, and one-hour parking is available on N. Central Ave. If you will be with us for more than 2 hours please ask our front desk coordinators for a parking pass.
When you arrive...
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Please turn off cell phones during your visit and keep all unnecessary noise to a minimum. Please note that the length of treatment is approximate and because guests come here for relaxation, please arrange for a babysitter for your children unless they are coming in for their own service. We have a European type sauna with dry or moist heat, which relaxes muscles and is available for use by anyone who has a service with us.

Gift Certificates are valid 1 year from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

It is customary to tip generally 10-20% of your service, or what feels right for you. Gratuities are a reflection of your satisfaction.
