Launching our New Home Banking Program
On December 16th we will launch our new Home Banking Program! In preperation for this change Bill Pay will be unavailable on December 15th.
To enhance the security on our new Home Banking Program you will be required to re-enroll using 'XXXX' and the last four digits of the primary account holders Social Security number for your first sign-in. As soon as you sign on, it will request that you change your password, choose a pass phrase, choose a security picture to associate with that pass phrase, and choose three challenge questions. These security enhancements will aid in assuring that you are accessing our Home Banking Program and not a fraudulent site. If you previously used the automatic recurring transfers on Home Banking, you will be required to re-establish those transfers in the new program.
Some of the exciting new features offered in the new Home Banking Program are:

The ability to download into Quicken or QuickBooks.
External account transfers.
And a new feature allowing our representatives to assist with technical issues.

Fraudulent Calls, Texts, & E-Mail Messages!
Members and non-members have been receiving fraudulent targeted e-mails, telephone calls, and text messages from someone identifying themselves as representing Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union and stating there is a problem with an ATM card, Debit card, overdrawn account, or offering a reward. Please be aware that these calls and messages are fraudulent and an attempt to get your information. Please do not give out personal information, information regarding your account, or information regarding your ATM or Debit cards over the phone, in a text, or On-Line.
